R140 000 in or close to SA Townships
R450 000 in Middle to Upper class areas
The opportunity to own an advanced private School and College, which you can start from your
home, office or local church. As the target for your branch will be a minimum of 200 students for
2015, we will identify and plan for new and bigger class rooms which can be used as the number
of students grow. The location will be planned between you and I with the assistance and
recommendation of our marketing group. All set up cost are included for school desks and chairs,
computers, software and banners. You and/or your staff will be trained at head office or onsite in
advance. Fully qualified teachers are appointed by head office and approved by Umalusi and the
relevant body such as SACAI and IMBILA. If you dont want to be involved in the daily full time
management of you school, we will do it free of charge.
We have been involved in training since 1985 in mostly the financial software market and are
approved by Sage Pastel, Fasset Seta, VIP partner and Mirror Streamline SA, ICB and more than
100 other courses as below.
The time to advertise and market is now up to mid December.
Why an Agency?

as SACAI, IMBILA,UMALUZI . Each branch will be registered as a Private School after
1year.

Individual small Schools & support centres have proved that they cannot grow if not part of
a big group.

Grade 0 to 12 & N1 to N3
Why are we different? We all know that one of the biggest problems in schools are the number of
children per class. We guarantee a maximum of 20 students per teacher giving the children the
added advantage of personal attention. Our schooling is done in partnership with well known
institutions such as IMBILA, SACAI, UMALUSI, IEB HSC and INTERNATIONAL
CAMBRIDGE + we now offer the choice of the American School National Diploma as well.
Grade 8 to 12 has the added advantage of completing many of our College courses before the end
of Grade 12. Thus becoming a qualified Accountant/Bookkeeper or Administrator in software such
as Pastel, SAP and others or Certified in CAD for Engineers, Architects, Landscape design, Town
planner, 3D movies and TV advertising. Or they can become Pilots before the end of Gr 12. The
list is growing daily with more than 200 choices at this stage.
What type of return can you expect?
Schools at R140 000 in or close to Townships are different due to lower school fees. To be
discussed between us. Ratio will be 1 to up 35 and fees R1000 to R1800 PM.
Upper class schools at R450 000: As per the attached, your 1st years objective should be 200
children for 2015 and 500 in the 2nd years January intake. We are using the budget of one Teacher
per 20 children at the cost of R8000 to R15000 per month per teacher and rent at R3000 per class.
The monthly cost per child is calculated at the cost from the suppliers per child per month plus
R2000. After deducting the operating cost such as teachers and rental cost, 50% is paid to you, the
training partner. As per attached, this will give you a monthly income of R110 000 per 200
children, which is your and our combined objective for your branch in 2015. Our combined
objective for your branch is to have 1000 children by year 4, thus giving you an income of
R590 000 per month. In addition to this I attended a meeting Saturday 26 June with WITS and Gr
George Diggelen who is on the board of various Education departments such as SACAI. A law will
be introduced shortly stating that all home scholars in SA (Estimated at 500 000 children), MUST
write their exams at an approved and registered center such as ourselves. This means that as soon
as we identified your training center, we can also arrange to rent additional space in your area for
the November exams, to accommodate a 1000 children. This will give you a net income of at least
R200 000 for that month. Thus additional income, each June and November exam.
Added to this is the income from our College or FET courses. The set-up cost of R450 000, allows
for 6 computers with the needed software installed, thus providing a possible turnover of R1500
per day per computer (per student) at a net income of 50% after expenses such as exams, manuals,
advertising, etc. Leaving a possible gross income for the branch of R108 000 per month. Even at
50% occupancy this leaves R54 000 per month
Marketing
We agreed with a group with more than 17 years experience in marketing in the education field, to
do our marketing 365 days a year. We are also in the process of implementing our own call centre
for marketing and will be doing that with the expertise of professional and experienced staff. Head
Office will be responsible, with the teachers and branches, to be involved in non-stop marketing
365 days per year.
Sport and other activities
These will be controlled by head office on ongoing basis between relevant parties, parents,
children and yourself. Sport will be arranged between the branches and various sponsored sport
competitions arranged, such as Golf-, tennis-, swimming and all other sport as needed. Holiday
camps are also in place and will be advertised well in advance at branches.
Head Offices duties

Full time on-going marketing, Sport and activities, National sport competitions between branches,
meetings with government and department of education to ensure we are keeping up to their laws,
appointment of all staff, salaries and wages and all payments, reports and e-filng to SARS,
ordering and management of school books, exams, etc
Cash Flow
All student payments are paid into the bank account of Head Office and your share transferred to
you at the end of each month. This makes it easier for you to plan ahead and if you want to buy
extra computers due to extra bookings, it can be done before the students arrive. Our staff does all
collections and follow up on late payments and we have a Debt Collection company doing the bad
debt collection. Our School registration ensures that parents must give at least one school term (3
Months) notice although they sign a 12 month contract with us. This ensures we dont have sudden
surprises in cash flow.
Management Depth
As mentioned we appoint qualified teachers as needed who are managed by head office. For the
FET courses we have trained lecturers to assist you with training and daily questions plus 2 IT
professionals. For all FET courses there are Tutors available for each course to assist via email,
telephone or Skype.
Customer Diversity
Apart from the grade 0 to 12 children, the percentage of College students under 30 are the biggest
at 80%, with a further 10% over 30 and the balance companies. In these figures many are
unemployed but after training more than 90% are successful in obtaining employment. The fact
that they obtain recognised certificates being the most important for their CVs.
Recurring Revenue Stream
Naturally the school children are with us for many years. As our College studies are for beginners
as well as experienced students, many come back for the follow on advanced modules.
Desirable Product
Just as all registered Government and Private Schools, our Grade 0 to 12 are registered at The
Department Education and they do the normal Private school syllabus. They therefore receive
acknowledged qualification every year as well as the SACAI grade 12. The parents also have the
choice of an International Cambridge exam or the SA IEB exams.
As we are approved by World Class suppliers such as Pastel, SAP, etc and providing qualifications
that are used worldwide, the need by unemployed will always be there. The same needs will
always be there for individuals and companies that want to improve their future and productivity.

Our training is done in partnership with well known and established institutions such as IMPAK,
SACAI,UMALUSI, IEB NSC and International CAMBRIDGE. Learners in our classes, at our
premises, are given full time support by our teachers. As with all our training it is done one-onone with individual attention given to each student.

most Private Schools and Module C schools

and values and therefore offer a choice between two plans:

The identity plan: designed for families that choose to follow a Christian-based

With more than 30 years experience in Business as well as Training, we know that theoretical training is not
enough, but should be combined with practical experience. Therefore we give practical training with our
courses, either through us or at participating Companies. Students are given this opportunity during or after
training or during school holidays at participating companies such as Accountants, Advocates, Architects,
Engineers, Flight Schools and relevant companies as per your studies. Students studying their Grade 8 to
12 through us have the advantage of doing any of our other courses during their school years with practical
experience. You can therefore complete your grade 12 as Commercial Pilot or as Certified Accountant with
Pastel qualifications, which is an Internationally recognised qualification. Therefore Grade 8 to 12 combined
