Ms.Gill,
You will need to complete a change reporting form along with having the employer complete an
employment verification. I will send these documents to you in the mail. Please have them back to me as
quickly as possible. Per your lease you have 10 days to report changes in your household so even though you
were in training you should have still reported that you had became employed. Please feel free to contact
me should you have any questions.

Hello Ms Nora, we haven't met yet which is why I'm sending this wonderful update on my employment
status through this "forward" in case your not familiar with an issue I'm dealing with as best I can. I'm
not pushing this issue anymore, I'm just trying to concentrate on advancing in life BUT - Please let me
know if ANYTHING about this situation ever changes k? In the meantime, I'm grateful & moving
forward!!
***I have employment! It was contingent upon passing a 2 week training and I passed it on Friday, so
now it's formal, smile. It's through a temp agency - Crown Personnel, 20 hrs a week @ $9.50 an hour.
I don't have a check yet though, can you remind me of what information I should get to you? Welcome
to Hawthorne, take care...

Attention: Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority, Katie Mckee, & all interested parties
On May 20, 2014 I, Teresa Gill was granted a Final Order of Protection under (R.C. 203.214).
The Court made the following findings of fact (attached):
The Court finds by a preponderance of the evidence that 1) the Respondent (Bruce

Whitehouse) has knowingly engaged in a pattern of conduct that caused Petitioner (Teresa
Gill) to believe that the Respondent will cause physical harm or cause or has caused mental
distress and 2) the following orders are equitable, fair, and necessary to protect the persons
named in this Order from stalking offenses.
**I am requesting that Bruce Whitehouses lease with GMHA be terminated under the
following violation:
XIII. Termination of the Lease
B. If GMHA has reasonable cause to believe that the Resident, any
member of Residents household, or a guest, engages in criminal activity that threatens the
health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents or GMHA
personnel.
**I am requesting that Bruce Whitehouse be given written notice of termination under the
following rule:
XIII(A) GMHA shall give written notice of termination as follows:
B. Shorter notice shall be given in the case of creation or maintenance of
a threat to the health, safety, or right of peaceful enjoyment of other Residents or the
GMHA employees. Or for other good cause, including the violation of any federal, state or
local law or regulation governing sanitation or zoning use.
