Dear Valvoline Distributors, Managers and Reps,
Since early 2007, we’ve had the privilege of supporting all
of you and your customers with the design and printing of
hundreds of maintenance menus. We’ve heard from many
of you in the field and collectively we’ve proven that these
menus are successful in selling more Valvoline oil and
more VPS services.
This catalog is reflective of our vast work together. In
it you’ll find photos of finished menus for Dealerships,
Independents, Express Care’s and Tire Centers. We have
reprinted thousands of menus for many of these customers
and continue to service them through price alterations and
other needed changes over time.
This catalog is printed on the exact same paper and color
printer that we use to print our menus on. This will enable
you to present the catalog as a true representation of the
finished menu’s paper and color quality.
By doing this, we hope it allows you to quickly answer the
customer’s inevitable question, “What’s the paper and

Who pays for the menus?
Valvoline Corp pays for menu jobs if approved by a
Territory Business Manager (TBM). If we’re not billing
through Valvoline Corp, then we must collect a credit
card number before we start a menu.
What are your design fees?
We charge a modest design fee for each individual
menu. Costs are presented for your approval as a fixed
rate charge. You will be notified of any higher charges
in advance.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, your first time order quantity must be at least 500.
Reprint order quantity is 250 and up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we give large volume discounts?
Yes, but it is in your best interest to print small quantities
on-demand so that you can make changes as time goes by.
Do you have to select one of our Blueprints?
Most people find it easiest to alter an existing menu. We
provide ours for you to alter and fax back to us. You may also
use an existing one of yours.
How long does it take to get the first proof?
Once all the information is collected, it takes 2-5 business
days per menu (depending on complexity and size) to deliver a
PDF proof.
