Walkthrough IBM Service Management Virtual Simulator
This simulation is designed to provide a high lever understanding IBM Service Managemen.
You can play this simulation in 2 modes. You can also explore an organization, viewing 3 different
levels of maturity. You can play the simulation over 2 rounds applying the processes and products.
When you explore the organization you will gain an understanding of the issues faced by the
CEO, CIO and other stakeholders. If you choose to play this game you will be implementing precesses
and tools. The quicker you implement improvements the more revenue will be generated. So these
are the fiture in this game:
Then new window will appear thats your office. First explore your office until you can see how is the
office. After that select Finish Explore button.
3. Choose the task, after that answer the question that is gave to you. The question is related
to the text. So read first the text before you answer the questions. If you have done answer
the question. Select try answer button. But if your answers is incorrect you can select
show help button to help you answer the question.
4. If your answers are correct, check mark will appear after the task.
5. Continue do the task same as the task before. After you have done all task, customer
satisfaction will improve and the CEO will give you another task.
6. So do same thing like the task before until costomer satisfaction is full and the CEO will
commend your work.
