/ETET, The fee structure of Government

Engineering Colleges were fixed last time vide Government Resolution No. 12352
dtd.z\-A7 -2004 and h*nce it was felt necessary for revision of the same. A Committee
'was constituted under the chairmanship
of the Vice Chancellor, BpUT to suggest the
fee structure of Government Technical / Professional Colleges vide Government

Notiflcation No.4798 dtd.26. 11.2012. The suggestions of the aforesaid Committee on

fee structure of Government Professional / Technical Colleges was placed before the

'Fee Structure Committee constituted in pursuance of the provisions of the Odisha

Professional Educational lnstitutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixalon of Fee) Act,
2OOT and in terms of interinr orcJer of Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 1.tJune,
ZOOI in
Special Leave Petition (civil) No.(s) 10318, 10319_, 10329 and 10330 oL2AO7 for
appropriate recommendation.

ln exercise of power conferred on Govornment under sub-section - 7 of

section - 6 and other provisions of thc Orissa Professional Ecjucational lnstil,uLiorrs
(Regulation of Admission & Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007 and in pursuance to the
recommendation of the Fee Structure Committee through proceedings of its meeting
held on 29.03.2014, the Government have been pleased to prescribe the following fee
structure of Government Professional / Technical Colleges including VSSUT, Burla in
respect of Professional i Technical Courses running in different modes (Regular Mode
and Self Financing Mode/ Scheme) w.e.f. the academic session 2014-15 until further
orders.
