ACTIVITIES
First day of duty at the Guidance Office and I was assigned to Counselor
Jerica Alilis.

Sept. 08

Maam Jerica assigned me on information booth with Maam Nancy.

The whole duty I received calls from different departments.

Maam Nancy helped me to remember all the staffs that I may encounter
during the training.

I met Jepoy, son of Maam Nancy whom I became fond of.

While waiting for what assignment Maam Jerica might gave me today, I
helped Maam Nancy on answering calls in information booth.

Sept. 10

Maam Jerica assigned me for call slip together with Celeen, my copracticumer.

Maam Che asked me as part of the ten students that will help Maam Liezel
in SPED department.

We sort all the files of SPED students together with trainees from TESDA

department.
Maam Jerica asked me to encode the name of students of BSBA in

alphabetical order to be printed and paste on their assigned envelope.

ACTIVITIES

Maam Jerica assigned me for Call Slip.

I helped Maam Jerica to send messages for those first year students who had
not yet taken BPI (Basic Personality Inventory) test and Intake Interview.

We helped Maam Jerica to facilitate students for their Intake Interview and

BPI test.
While waiting for what assignment Maam Jerica might gave me today, I
helped Maam Nancy on answering calls in information booth.
