JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for baking goods, including scones, cakes and breads throughout the day

and for maintain high levels of food hygiene and cleanliness.


Able to bake different products in different equipment, developing and testing new

baking recipes.
Using kitchen equipment such as a rolling pins, industrial mixing machines and

industrial ovens.
To produce enticing baked goods which are a real attraction to customers.
To observe color of products being baked and adjust oven temperatures, humidity of

conveyor speeds accordingly.


Set oven temperature and place items into hot ovens for baking.
Measure of weigh flour of other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs fillings or
icings, using scales or graduated containers, calculating.
