WORKSHOP DESIGN

TARGET

The workshop design is intended for hospital key personnel, hospital


sector managers, closely associated with operations, policy formulation
and implementation.

OBJECTIVE

The principal objective is to consult all sectors in the develop the ONPs
strategic plan and to craft the Vision, Mission and Goals as guiding
principles in accordance with modern processes in strategic planning and
to encourage and widen appreciation of systems thinking as a quality
management system tool

EXPECTED
RESULTS

1)

Consolidated result/working paper of the different consultations


to sectors: hospital chief, division chief and section chiefs
(ExeCom/ManCom), Hospital Operations and Patient Support,
Medical (Medical Professional Staff/Medical Ancillary), Nursing,
Committee Chairs and Employees Union/Groups

2)

Draft of the Vision, Mission and Goals of the Strategic Plan

3)

Identified technical working group/committees for enhancing


the technical plan/document
