Whereas the undersigned being the authorised officer of the PNB Housing
Finance Limited, having registered office at 9th Floor, Antriksh Bhawan, 22
Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110001(secured Creditor) under the
securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of
Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of the powers conferred under
Section 13 read with Rule 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules
2002 sold on behalf of PNB Housing Finance Limited in favour of Sh.
Ankur Mehta S/o Sh Rajendra Mehta R/o House No. 49, Sector-16A,
Faridabad, Haryana the immoveable property shown in the schedule below
secured in favour of the PNB Housing Finance Limited by Mrs. Madhu
Malhotra W/o Mr. Sanjay Malhotra R/o 405, East West Appartment, Sector54, Gurgaon. Towards the financial facility of a Housing Loan of Rs.
20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lacs only) offered by/ availed from PNB
Housing Finance Limited, BO: Gurgaon sanctioned on 11-Nov-2008 @
12%. The undersigned acknowledges the receipt of the sale price viz., Rs.
24,60,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Lacs Sixty thousand only) in full and
hands over the delivery and possession of the scheduled property.

The sale of the scheduled property was made free from all encumbrances
known to the secured creditor listed below (list I) on deposit of the money
demanded by the undersigned. The sale of the scheduled property was made
without freeing from encumbrances listed below (List II).

Sub: Registration of Certificate of sale under the Securitisation and
Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,
2002.
In exercise of Powers conferred on us under the provisions of the
Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of
Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Rules framed thereunder, we have sold
the property which belonged to M/s Suhrit Services Private Limited and
executed a certificate of sale to Shri Amardeep Singh, son of Shri Surjit
Singh and Mrs. Priyanka Singh Wife of Shri Amarjeet Singh resident of 57,
Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on ______________ in respect of the
property shown in the certificate.
We enclose herewith the said certificate of sale for registration through the
purchaser. We are exempted from appearance under Section 88 of the Indian
Registration Act.
