www.virtualcampus.ph, on the top
menu click Login.
You will be lead to the login page
where you can enter your login
credentials.
For security purposes, please keep
your username and password
confidential.

1. Go to the Page Setup page.

page is where you can
find the Logo section.
Click the Choose File
button to select your
new logo.

Click Update to upload


file.
To revert changes,
click Reset to Default.

There are two options to modify your theme colors: Header Color and Button Color

Go to the Page Setup page.


Below your Logo section is
your Theme section where
you can find the color picker
for both Header and Button
colors.

Pick the color you prefer or


input the hex code.

Click Update when done.

Click Choose File to open file browser. Select


the file you want to upload.

Click Save to upload.

You may also change your icons using the


pre-installed icon packs included in your
system. Simply click the Make Theme button
to set it by default.

All icon packs should be uploaded in sprite


(icon sheets) format.

Register Student.

the data encoded.
Make sure that all
details are correct.

Save your list in .xls format or download a template.

3.

Upload the .xls file.

Check if the names are uploaded on the list.

HOW TO ADD SUBJECTS

1.

On your sidebar menu, select Subject Registration. You


will be lead to your Subjects page.

2.

Click the Add Subject button on the upper right corner of


the page.

and Description on the
fields provided.

Click Save when done.

On your sidebar menu, select Class Dashboard. You will


be lead to your dashboard page where you can organize
the arrangement of your menu.

Click Organize to rearrange your navigation options.

sequence numbers
under the Action tab.

FORUMS
HOW TO MANAGE FORUMS
Adding new forum topics and threads can only be done through
the student and teachers access. However, school
administrators can manage which forum topics to hide or to
publish through the options under the Actions tab.
