The next feature that Facebook recently launched is called Lookalike Audiences. When you
create a lookalike audience, Facebook looks for similarities, like demographics and interests,
between the people in your custom audiences and then looks in the entire Facebook database
for people that look just like them.. Are you picking up what Im putting down?
It may not have hit you just yet, so let me give you a real world example to illustrate. One of
our clients provided us with a list of 800 customers that bought one of their digital products.
We created a custom audience in Facebook with their emails. We then used Facebooks
Lookalike audience feature and that list of 800 people turned into 1.2 million other people
that had very similar demographics and interests to their customer list.
We used some additional ltering options when running a new ad campaign to the
Lookalike audience to get it down to just around 300,000 prospects. Try reaching that many
ideal prospects on another marketing platform. Its nearly impossible without spending a
fortune. The client spent $6,543.00 over a 30 day period on Facebook advertising and

On Googles search results look in the website description section below the title to
look for groups that have 1000+ Likes. These are great targeted interest groups to type into the
Interests area in Facebooks advertising platform.
