How it works
The image alignment module takes the video signal from each of the two PCs and lets you control the
geometry of each image separately to bring them together to a single seamless projected image. The
adjustment of the image is done using a configuration PC wirelessly connected to a router that is
connected to the module via the Ethernet jacks. The images start with an overlap, then you use the
configuration PC to shrink and adjust the images until they are completely flush and edge touching. The
image alignment module does not expand or enlarge the images.

Wiring configuration
NOTE: The two 10-m HDMI cables connecting the projector to the image alignment module were fed
through the projector mount during the wall mount installation.

NOTE: The configuration PC with the image alignment software can also be connected directly to the
alignment module via an Ethernet cable. This configuration will require you to manually switch the single
image alignment module via an Ethernet cable. This configuration will require you to manually switch the
Ethernet cable between the two Ethernet jacks to adjust the two images sequentially. It also requires the

Use the two Ethernet cables to connect the wireless router to the image alignment module
Ensure the wireless router is set up to use the IP address range 192.168.0.xx . This is the typical
default setting for wireless routers.
Connect the control PC wirelessly to the wireless router. If you need to configure the SSID,
security or IP address range contact your IT department for assistance.

D. Use the Warp tab to bring the two projected images together using the control PC
Select the channel from the bottom panel for whichever projector has the larger image
Click the Warp tab
Select Linear
Under Pattern, select Enable. Do not adjust any of the other settings under Pattern
Use the slider at the bottom of the panel to select a 2x2 grid
Use the slider at the top to move to a larger number initially by sliding it to the right. This adjusts
how much the control point moves. It is best to start with a larger number to move the points
quickly at the beginning, then move to a smaller number to make more precise adjustments.
Use the arrow control on the keyboard to move the grid points.
The screen will refresh every time a point position is moved. It is important to wait after each
adjustment for the screen to refresh before making the next adjustment.
