Shipping Fee waived for New Instructor Applications submitted with Initial Program Application
Cost Recovery is actual expenses incurred by IADC that may include, but is not limited to: auditor fees, airfare, rental car, gas, mileage, food,
lodging, and administrative fees.

All fees are non-refundable, even in the event the accreditation is denied.

Application fee must be paid at time of application. Payment of fees does not guarantee accreditation. All
applications are subject to the criteria and procedures specified in the Handbook for Accreditation (SCO-01).

Completion Cards/Numbers are available only to providers that have been awarded accreditation. Certificates or
Numbers are available only to accredited providers that have been approved by IADC to issue a custom card of
completion. Records of cards issued must be reported to IADC within 30 days of training completion.

Additional fees will be required for site visits/audits. Site visit/audit fees include auditor(s) fee(s) that is based on
length of audit and day rate for the auditor(s), travel expenses incurred (if applicable) that are based on actual
costs of relevant travel and accommodation expenses, and an administration fee.

Fees in arrears may result in revocation of Accreditation. For more information, please refer to section four (4) of
the Handbook for Accreditation.
