O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, Government have directed to review the
Direct Recruitment made over a period of time to ascertain that such
recruitments are in accordance with letter and spirit of Presidential Order, 1975.
2.
In the reference 2nd read above, Government have decided that the nonlocal candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential Order, as identified
by the respective departments by reviewing the direct recruitments made from
1975 onwards shall be repatriated to their respective local cadres by transfer.
3.
In accordance with the various instructions issued in the references 1st
and 2nd read above, the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water
Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad after reviewing the direct recruitments
has sent proposal vide reference 3rd read above, for repatriation of non-local
candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential Order.

Government after careful consideration of the above proposals have
decided to repatriate the non-locals to their respective local cadres/zones who
are working in violation of Presidential Order, 1975.
5.
Now in exercise of the powers vested with the Government under Para 5
(2) (c) of the Presidential Order, 1975, the Senior Grade Assistants/Assistants
indicated in the annexure to this order are hereby repatriated in public interest
to their local cadres/zones. They shall be eligible for T.T.A. and protection of
seniority since the transfers are made in public interest.
6.
The Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and
Sewerage Board, Hyderabad shall take immediate action to implement the above
orders and report compliance.

This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the delegation of the powers issued vide reference 2nd read above.
