Make The Most Of Your Time

Key verse: Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making
the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish,
but understand what the will of the Lord is. - Ephesians 5:15-17
What is life?
- Life is an adventure.
- Life is about choices.
- Life is about pursuing dreams.
- Life is about success. About fame. About getting rich.
For me life is equivalent to TIME.
Ang buhay para lang yang usok, kapag nalingat ka, pagbalik mo wala na
We always hear the line that Life is short and we are always encouraged to live the
our lives to the fullest, yung para bang wala ng bukas.
Kaya yung iba sa atin sagad sagad din sa way of living naten.
We spend our time on things na sa tingin naten ay worth doing as of the moment like
partying all night, chatting/facebooking till madaling araw, or nauubos kakatambay.
Theres nothing wrong with that, kaso, ang question is: Ganyan na lang ba ang buhay?.
There is more to life if we know where to spend our time correctly. Paul teaches us how
we can make the most of our time.
1. be careful how you walk v15
Point: Hindi lahat ng pinag-lalaanan mo ng oras ay importante. Set your
priorities right para makarating ka sa dapat mong puntahan
Relate: the batteries given to everyone. Nauubos ung batteries sa bawat
activities. Baka dumating yung time na kailanganin mo ng time pero wala ka
ng natitirang time para sa mga importanteng gawin sa buhay mo.
Start to set priorities sa life. Hindi porke kaya mong gawin, ay gagawin mo na
agad. Learn to weigh the consequences of your action para hindi masayang
ang panahon at time sa mga maling bagay.
Live like the wise. Matthew 7: 24 27. The wise man took time to build his house.
Nagplano siya how he/she will build his house. It might took him some time to build his
house pero its all worth it at the end.

Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Psalms
90:12
Whatever you do, do well. For when you go to the grave,[b] there will be no work
or planning or knowledge or wisdom. Ecclesiastes 9:10
We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The
night is coming, and then no one can work. John 9:4
Our stay here doesnt last long. Kahit gaano pa naten isipin na madami pa
naming time sa susunod,
3. understand what the will of the Lord is v17
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
For we are Gods handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which
God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
