Minimum Usage Charges for FY 2015-16

The minimum usage charges (MUC) for FY 2015-16 is Rs
400/- per month. Please note that the Service tax, as
applicable, will be extra.

For any member who has MUC arrears

(i)Defaulters date: Member is requested to make the payment
on or before 15th of the following month, in order to avoid
his/her name not to be part of defaulters list on the notice
board.
(ii)Struck-off date: The Member's name will be removed from
the list of members, in case the above payment is not made
on or before the 30th of the following month.
Note: In the above scenario, if the 15th and 30th of the following
months are holidays or Sundays, then the previous working
day will be used for the defaulters & struck-off dates.
(iii)Re-admission fee: An amount of Rs 1000/- plus service tax
will be charged after the managing committee approves to
readmit the member.

(iv)MUC will be run for subsequent months for any member

who is removed. The readmission fee would be collected
along with all the MUC arrears.

As requested by many members, the optional advance

payment is open where members can pay an advance
amount. The advance payment can be adjusted against
any future usage at any facility of our club. Also, members
need not wait for the payment of bills as they can sign and
leave.

month of Mar 2015 will be collected separately. Regular
MUC process will be followed similar to the other
months.
The Management is glad to announce that Corkage will
be allowed. Regular rules with respect to corkage will
apply.

The Joy of Giving Week is India's Festival of Giving.
Launched in 2009, the festival is celebrated every year
from 02nd Oct till 08th Oct. This brings together Indians
from all walks of life, to celebrate giving.
At the TNCA Club we would like to encourage our
members and their families to donate used but good
conditioned clothes during this week. Special boxes will
be kept during this period at our premises to accept the
donation of clothes.
After 08th Oct, these collected clothes shall be handed
over to Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation,
Nungambakkam. The Rajasthan Cosmo Club
Foundation, in turn, will provide these clothes for the
economically weaker sections of the society.

We request the donors to ensure that all clothing items must be laundered /
washed / ironed / tidy and not torn.

As mentioned in our previous edition of Flipper, we topped the points table in the league stage.
The TNCA Club team led Mr. A. Nirmal Vel (CNMN007) consisted of Mr. S. Sivakumar (CNMS070),
Mr. R. Ramamurthy (CNMR048), Mr. K. Purushothaman (CNMP006), Mr. P.N. Chidambaresh
(CNMC015), Mr. V. Saravanan (CNMS221), Mr. V.R. Sathish Kumar (OMS094) and Mr. R.B.
Ganesh (CNMG030).
The team performed brilliantly in the knock out stages. We beat Mylapore Club 3-2 in the semi final
and the hosts Gandhi Nagar Club 4-1 in the final.
The Mangement takes great pride in this performance and congratulates the team members for a
great team effort.
