Our group is doing a business in the faculty of education. We are going to sell food and
drinks in the faculty. We propose to sell breads sandwiched with freshly cooked hotdogs,
topped with onions and mouth-watering relishes and condiments, like ketchup, chilli sauce
and mustard sauce. Besides, we are also selling drinks made on our own. We plan to make
drinks like cocktails by mixing up sprite with colourful jellies to improve the taste and texture
of our drinks.
In order to facilitate the whole business, we have to make financial plans and management
plans to enable us to have a general view on how things are going to work on the day of
business. We have to survey on the prices for the materials used in the business and decide
the amount of materials that we need to buy. Besides, we have to estimate the total expenses
incurred and the revenue that we will earn from the business in order to determine the amount
of profit made from the business. In accordance to this, we will also decide the price of the
items that we are going to sell.
This business proposal aims to list out the suggestions for the business, the preparations
for it, and the efforts we put in as a group. In this proposal, we aim to present a full list of
preparations and descriptions of our business in a detailed manner. This business plan
explains the business that is to be run comprehensively covering analysis, forecast and
expectations plus implementation of business strategy. It provides us an opportunity to
meticulously, critically and objectively evaluate ideas and business projects. It displays the
viability of a planned project. It enables us to assist someone to assess requirements of
business necessities so that distribution of resources could be done effectively. The business
plan also helps to provide us with the realisation that there could be future problems
associated with running the project.
