BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
CISP Kenya and Somalia is an equal employment opportunity employer. Currently it has various field offices in
Kenya with its Regional offices in Nairobi and its Headquarters in Rome. CISP Kenya carries out projects in area of
development by supporting National and county authorities to provide quality, equitable, transparent and
accountable services in sectors of health and nutrition, education, child protection and renewable energy through
capacity building, promoting active citizenship, shared accountability mechanisms at community, county
authorities and National government level.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience post qualification in the health and nutrition sector, prior
experience in International organizations preferred;
Experience in advocacy actions and as technical advisor of government departments is an advantage;
Problem solving skills;
Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
Able to enforce procedures;
Able to oversee multiple tasks;
Good interpersonal skills, clear communication and facilitation skills;
Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint
and/or Access;
Familiar with statistics and data analysis;
Takes initiative, is punctual, and pays attention to details;
Excellent writing and editing skills;
