My Personal Integrated Report
Organizational Overview and External Environment
Getting a job is one of the hardest of all the tasks that are ahead of me. For more than five
years; at school and after school, I have been hoping that one day, the reality of getting a job will
no longer be a dream, but a realistic encounter (Hood, 2010). The organizational overview in this
case in the workforce industry that am not sure of which I will be part of. The industry is made
up of many unemployed individuals having the same dream as I do. The employers are seeking
the best from the unemployed population. The active positions advertised each day in the both
print and open media cannot meet the demands of the unemployed guests making the industry
(organization) a competitive one. There are no employers ready to bring on board individuals
with fewer years of experience; the modal number of years being three years (Graham & Hebert,
2010). Besides, the employer also needs educated individuals; masters degree being an added
advantage.
Governance
From my personal analysis, I am the best candidate when it comes to the delivery of
duties as needed by the employers. I can manage the functions as attributed to me by the
organization that I will be working with. Having been in active service for a year, I pose both
teamwork and leadership qualities needed (Eccles & Krzus, 2010).
Business Model
The type of business model that I plan to use is integrated leadership, model. With this
kind of model, I will be able to gain control of any workplace that I will be in. I plan to use the
model in various ways such as: offering the best leadership skills, delivery of tasks, and
supporting the entire organization with my skills.

Risks and opportunities
Despite the fact that the target market is made up of thousands of jobs, various risks come
with seeking these jobs. First, the market is full of unemployed individuals seeking the same
positions; this brings high risks of bribery and corruption. In the other hand, risks of getting into
poorly paying jobs are on the high chance. Contrary, the market has various opportunities as
well. With my skills, I consider that I am the best of all the potential candidates. Three years of
experience that in hold is also an added advantage as well as an opportunity (Abbott, Berninger
& Fayol, 2010). On board, I have worked for over five organizations, this adds to my diversity of
jobs making me the best of the candidates.
Strategy and opportunities
Low pay strategy is adaptive. With this strategy am sure that I will bypass the trenches
that exist in the market. The employers will consider me as the best of all the other employees
due to it. No employer is ready to pay more due to the increased wage bill and financial crisis
that faces the world. The strategy can be considered as a standalone strategy since it creates
opportunities for me.
Performance
I rate myself as the best performer amid the other candidates. Based on the journal
analysis, I score 87% when it comes to team performance or group performance. Besides, the
individuals and corporate scores are outstanding as well (Sternberg & Sternberg. K, 2010).
Outlook
I consider I am the best candidate for the job because I have the skills needed to be one.
Besides, I have the best business model and strategy required by employers in the current age.
