Different speeds of travel: RB, RE, IC, ICE

IC and ICE will have bar restaurants. Food expensive, not many
options, doesn't taste good and vegetarian option may not exist. Avoid if possible.

Get a reservation for IC and ICE.

ICE trains will often have a radio next to the seat with 8 channels.
It is possible to get a table in an IC or ICE. Some have electrical
outlets. WiFi available on some lines, but expensive.
Relatively smooth travel, especially in the ICE, little chance of motion sickness, but will jerk
occasionally
