What does this Excel Sheet do?

This Excel sheet helps you prepare a spreadsheet for stowing of pipes on a Bar

How to use this Excel Sheet

The user is asked for some inputs to be provided, like the dimensions of bays,
The user has to provide all the inputs highlighted in blue.

Notes:
1. This spreadsheet is only for Deck Barges, and NOT for conventional vessels
2. This spreadsheet is for stacking only one type of pipe in one voyage. It can't
