Divine Disruption

January 22, 1999

At Friday night Prayer Watch
The lord spoke this to me first, "You are under the hand of divine disruption, but you may perceive it to
be merely an interruption of church proceedings!"
I then saw the Lord on a television (tell-a-vision) type screen, and this is what He spoke to me. He said, "I
interrupt your regularly scheduled program (normal church practices) to bring you and urgent bulletin!
Cosmic calamities are catastrophic shakings are approaching and will presently occur! You must stay
tuned to this channel for further details as I make them available!"
I understood these calamities and shakings to be a reference to Hebrew 12:26-29 where both the earth
and heavens will be shaken.
Hebrews 12:26-29
26 And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, YET ONCE MORE I WILL
SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH, BUT ALSO THE HEAVEN. 27 This expression, Yet once more,
denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, so that those things
which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken,
let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and
awe; 29 for our God is a consuming fire.
The disruption of the church was the same type of word which the Lord spoke to Mike Bickle when He
told him that He would change the expression of Christianity in the earth in one generation.
There was an emphasis which the Lord was speaking to me about this coming change. This change will
be much more radical than what we have come to believe. The present wineskin of what we call church
could be so radically altered as to be unrecognizable in comparison to its present form!
The Lord has not given me a clear image of what it will look like, but the wineskin of church which is
presently in our hand must not be grasped too tightly.
I have been given the comparison of the change which occurred in the first coming of Christ to the times
we are approaching. Priests and leaders had faithfully labored for years at their Godly duties only to find
that what they had always known was dramatically altered by the coming of one Man and His death.
The final generation will be similar to that first coming generation. What we have always known in the
earth and in the church is to be dramatically altered. We also will be faced with the decision of
embracing what Christ is doing or fighting for what we have always known and come to expect. This
divine test will confront leaders in particular but the Lord is inviting us to a promise that He will give
usHis heart strategies and desires if we will humbly wait before Him and listen. Humility and weakness
will be keys to embracing the dramatic changes.
