*Per the correspondence we sent to Michael at JH Darbie, please advise if you are the
correct contacts for COR in regards to discussing the litigation of COR vs Callisio /
Signature.
We are trying to verify with the Calissio's offices that they are wiring funds directly for both
the Nobilis and for Beaufort and verify with your offices that you will withdraw the lawsuit
upon receipt of funds.
Please advise.
