a. The Citys strategic Consolidated Plan (ConPlan), sets forth how the federal Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) will use the more than $87 million in grant funds to increase economic opportunity, affordable
housing, living wage jobs, and provide public services important to meeting the needs of Angelenos and improving
our shared quality of life.
b. While Neighborhood Councils are not eligible to apply directly for these funds, the City requests ECWAs input on the
ConPlan and how the grant-funded efforts may impact our communities.
c.
Community meetings will begin in Oct 2015 and will take place again in Feb 2016 after the draft plan is released

a. Proposed temporary adjustment to 1st Tuesday evenings to accommodate Committee member schedule(s)
