This report is being supported in regard to the neglect of Zachary by his father,
Matthew Tringali.

Father made an a9reement with Social Worker, Maura Doherty, that he would not
leave Zachary in the care of his paternal grandfather, Peter Tringali. This
agreement was requested ~~causePet~r-~~~ ~ ~i~~C?ry- ~f~~~-~~JJy-ab~~ll}g -family
m-imb:im;:Fif.herfurther agreed in court to cooperate with the DSS. The DSS has
legal custody of Zachary and father has physical.

F.ather then left Zachary with Peter while he went to a party. Peter admits that he
slept in the same room with Zachary. The police came to the home and Peter
stated that a p~ternal aunt was there yet he refused to allow the police to see her.

Father agreed to meet with this wkr but did not do so after Peter forbid wkr's to go
to the home; in a very irate manner. Father said that he was at home with Za~hary
who was sick yet when wkr's went to the home, there was no response. J.~.

This family is in need of continued D 55 intervention.
