MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENTS

My project and team won the best outstanding performing team in

Huawei international (Airtel Project 2012)
My inputs into the Project as a coordinator was instrumental to the
awarding of Managed Service contract to Huawei by MTN amongst
other competitors like Ericsson.
Solely handled the network performance improvement by working
extensively on the field to resolve salient and crucial issues with
worst performing sites.
Monitored and ensured that 99% of sites swapped from Motorola to
Huawei BTS in Airtel Network were cleared and site accepted by
customer.
I became the image maker for MTN when out on the field, resolving
all customer complain and leaving a smile on the faces of our clients
more than 1000 and still counting.
