I am therefore responsible for the following tasks.
RF Hidden Faults Clearance: This focuses on improving the
efficiency of the TRX, querying the counters and performing main
and Diversity imbalance check, Uplink and Downlink Imbalance,
to ascertain the health of the equipments and the trunk carrying
frequencies. This operation improved the total network
performance KPI and Optimized the efficiency of TRXs.
Other Functions include but not limited to:
Log File Analysis, Troubleshooting events such as CSSR, Call
Drops, HOF, Bad Coverage, and Coverage-Capacity Tradeofs
Analysis. (2G, 3G)
Routine Test for Special Focus Optimization, Pre-Planning
and Preparation for Population explosion by forecasting.

Layer 2, 3 analysis, Events and Radio parameter analysis
(2G, 3G).
Perform Drive Test (cluster) and Single Site Verification
(SSV) on the site installed and analyzes the reports and log files
after the exercise. OVER 900 SITES already conducted
successfully by me. Analysis and Optimization.
I am also responsible for training all subcontractors in 2G and 3G
Drive testing and analysis of log files, certifying them and improving
by continuity and follow up.
Perform neighbors Audits and editing to sites as are available for
addition.
Verify the KPI of the sites SWAPPED and compare the PRE-SWAP
KPI of the sites with the POST-SWAP KPI if they meet customers
agreed terms of contract. Perform optimization to fine tune the
network to customers specifications.
PRE-SWAP Drive Test and POST-SWAP Drive test,
(SSV)coordinate the test, verify and check the reports and logs of
the test before submitting the same to the customers for ATP
Network capacity monitoring and statistics evaluation.
