How we solve it
The workshop provides a conceptual definition of strategy in a very simple and easy to relate
manner, and follows it up with a framework for creating a strategy. Participants work on an
integrated business case study and try to apply the concepts learnt and create a strategy of their

market. Participants can choose to compete with established players or develop their own
market, and discover if pricing is the key to market share and profits.
