Objectives:
After the professional development lesson on Google Docs/ Slides/ Forms, participants
will be able to:
Use Google Docs to create a Document.
Design, create and share a presentation on Google Slides
Create a survey in Google Forms and display the data gathered
Resources or Materials Needed:
Desktop computers or laptops
Google Chrome installed onto desktops or laptops
Teacher computer hooked up to projector
Screen or Whiteboard for the projector
Description of Lesson:
Pre-Survey
Google Docs
Students will work through steps as instructor introduces
each one.
Share document with a classmate
Google Slides

Create
Click on Slide and rename with first and last name
Presentation (i.e. Julie West Presentation). Students can be more
creative if they like.
Browse and choose a theme.
Insert Google Doc into slide
Research Tool/ Citing Work
Intro slide, one slide for each vocabulary word.
Share with instructor
Google Forms
Use for Quizzes/ Surveys
Create/Change Form/Theme
View Live Form
Flubaroo - Add-on (Grades the Quizzes)
