8) Type in the subject of the message in the subject area and the body of the message in the body
area.
9) Other Options
a. Click on Attach Files to upload an attachment. This feature works just like your hotmail,
LWTC, etc email.
b. Message Options
i. Send a copy to each recipient’s Internet e-mail: This allows the message to go
to the email address on file with ANGEL. It is one way to insure the students see
those urgent emails like “class is cancelled” or “campus is closed” without
having to log into ANGEL.
ii. Send a copy to each recipient’s mentor if known: LWTC does not use a mentor
system in ANGEL. This option can be ignored.
10) Press Send to send the email message.
NOTE: DO NOT USE QUICK MESSAGE. THIS IS NOT GUARENTEED TO WORK. We have received
reports of the send button not appearing or messages not sending once send was sent.
