Notice is given that an application for
informal probate of the decedents will
dated November 24, 2003 (Will) together with the decedents first codicil
dated August 14, 2004 (Codicil), has
been filed with the registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the registrar
has informally appointed Brenda Nerison,
whose address is 200 1st Avenue, Wanamingo, MN 55983, as personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
Any heir, devisee or other interested
person may be entitled to appointment
as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal
representative. Unless objections are filed
with the court (pursuant to Minn. Stat.
524.3-607) and the court otherwise orders, the personal representative has
full power to administer the estate, including, after 30 days from the date of
issuance of letters, the power to sell,
encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the
will or appointment of personal representative must be filed with this court
and will be heard by the court after the
filing of an appropriate petition and proper
notice of hearing.

Specifications for Snow Removal
Removal of snow for accumulations
of two inches or more. When possible
this should occur before the snow plow
passes.
Areas for snow removal with specifics include:
1. Alley Pushing the snow out into
the street before the snow plow passes.
2. Both parking lots Pushing the
snow off the parking lots and well onto
the football practice field or north end of
the west parking lot.
3. All sidewalks to include south side
to the end of the fence and to the music/art doors.
Please indicate your cost for removing snow each time the district has an
accumulation of two inches or more.
Proof of insurance will be required upon
board approval.

An Ordinance Amending
Zumbrota City Code Section
72.06, Interference with
Snow Removal; Towing
The Council of the City of Zumbrota
does ordain that Section 72.06 of the
Zumbrota City Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
72.06 Winter Parking Restrictions
(A) During the period of November 1
through April 1 of each year, no motor
vehicle or any other obstruction shall be
parked or allowed to remain on any city
street during and/or after a snowfall,
sleet or freezing rain which there has
been any accumulation of snow, ice and
similar debris until the street is cleared
to its full width.
(B) Penalty: The owner of the vehicle,
or for a leased motor vehicle the lessee
of the vehicle, violating the provisions of
this section shall be subject to the following penalties if the violation occurs
between the hours of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
1st violation: Administrative penalty
in the amount of $30 as may be amended
from time to time by the city council in
its schedule of fees.
2nd violation: Administrative penalty
in the amount of $50 as may be amended
from time to time by the city council in
its schedule of fees.
3rd violation: Guilty of a petty misdemeanor and may be fined in accordance
with the state statute.
(C) Exceptions to winter parking restrictions
(1) As to the portion of streets identified below in this paragraph, the winter
parking restrictions referenced above
(A) shall not apply; instead, there shall
be no parking whatsoever between the
hours of midnight to 6 a.m. during and/
or after a snowfall, sleet or freezing rain
which there has been any accumulation
of snow, ice and similar debris until the
street is cleared to its full width on the
following streets:
Main Street from First Street Fifth
Street, and,
East Avenue from First Street Fifth
Street, and,
West Avenue from First Street Fifth
Street, and,
Fourth Street from East Avenue Mill
Street, and,
Fifth Street from East Avenue Mill
Street, and,
Mill Street from Fourth Street Jefferson Drive, and,
Central Avenue from Mill Street
Sixth Street.
(2) As to the portion of streets identified below in this paragraph, the winter
parking restrictions referenced above
(A) shall not apply; instead, there shall
be no parking whatsoever between the
hours of 1:30 a.m. to 6 a.m. during
and/or after a snowfall or freezing rain
which there has been any accumulation
of snow, ice and similar debris until the
street is cleared to its full width on the
following streets.
First Street from East Avenue Main
Street, and,
Second Street from East Avenue
West Avenue, and,
Third Street from East Avenue Mill
Street.
(D) Towing: In addition any vehicle or
any other obstruction in violation of this
section is subject to towing by the city to
a storage area and may be reclaimed by
the owner only upon payment of towing
and storage charges. Any impounded
vehicle not reclaimed by the owner is
eligible for disposal or sale pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Section 168B.08 (as
may be amended), the earlier of: (1) 45
days after notice to the owner; or (2) the
date of a voluntary written title transfer
by the registered owner to the impound
lot operator.
