Application from duly filed with 3 photographs
Proof of Identity (PAN/Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar card)
Proof of Residence(Telephone Bill/Cr.Card Statement/ Aadhar card)
Bank A/c Statement (Salary/ Individual/Business) & through which payment to seller is made (6 month)
If any previous loan, then Loan A/c statement for last 1 year

For Salaried Employees


Salary slips- 3months (or Salary Certificate)
Form 16 and IT returns - last 2 years
Employer Certificate, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, etc.
Copy of Employee I Card

For self employed/Professionals


IT returns last 3 years
Balance Sheet & profit & loss A/c- last 3 years (certified true Copy)
TDS Certificate ( Form 16A, if applicable)
Business proof (Gomasta License, Sales Tax Registration, etc.)
Challans of Advance IT Paid (Xerox)

For NRIs and PIOs


Passport with Visa Copy
Work permit, work contract & Appointment Letter
Employment Profile for last 5 years.
Valid residence proof
Employers I Card (Labour Card, if applicable)
Statements of Overseas Bank A/c. And Indian NRE a/c which reflects salary credit of last six month.
Salary Slips (6 months) or Tax Returns (if applicable)

NOC from Builder/Society in Banks format
Agreement for sale (Registered)
Index II
Letter of Allotment from Private Builder/Housing board/Society
Blueprint(Plan copy ) stamped by Municipal Authority.
All Payment Receipts to Builder/seller.
Development agreement of Builder (Registered copy )+ CC+NA+NOC of ULC
Occupancy certificate and share certificate (for sale flat)
Chain of old Agreement/s (in Original for resale flats)
IF CIDCO/MHADA Property then,

NOC & Transfer letter from CIDCO/MHADA

Mortgage Charges: 0.20% of loan amount (as per State Govt. Stamp Act)
CERSAI charges Rs. 570/Documentation Cost: Rs. 1200/- (as per State Govt. Stamp Act)
Structural Engineer Report: Rs...1710/-(if the property is older than 15 years, varies as per city)
Property Insurance: Premium rate of Rs. 27/- per lac per year x Repayment term (mandatory)
