to the top for the head
e.Beginning at Gall Bladder 14 shiatsu superiorly
to the top of the head

f. Beginning lateral to the eye shiatsu from


temples anterior to the ear, down the mandible,
ending at the chin
g.Beginning lateral to eyes shiatsu temples down
masseter along mandible ending at chin
h.Beginning at the lateral aspect of the zygoma
shiatsu lateral to medial ending at the flare of
the nostrils
i. Hold Conception vessel 24 and Governing Vessel
26 and palm on the top of the head
Abdomen
a.Conception Vessel Palm beginning at
Conception Vessel 4 up midline of body ending
at top of the sternum
i. EXTRA MOVE:
1.Sternal rock
b.Shiatsu down Conception vessel ending at
Conception Vessel 4
i. EXTRA MOVES:
1.Rocking ribs and compressions
2.Abdominal kneading

Legs/Feet
a.Sitting on posterior side of client, rotate shoulder
b.Dragon Mouth Compressions along ribs
c. Press around greater trochanter
d.Urinary Bladder Hold thumb on Urinary Bladder
36, palm down leg and foot.

e.Urinary Bladder Mother hand on Urinary


Bladder 36, shiatsu down midline of posterior
leg, along the lateral foot ending on the lateral
nail bed of the fifth toe
f. Move to anterior side of client, hold greater
trochanter, palm down anterior aspect of leg and
foot.
g.Gall Bladder Hold greater trochanter, shiatsu
along lateral leg, along IT band, moving inferiorly
ending on the lateral nail bed of the fourth toe
h.Stomach Hold ASIS, shiatsu along anterior leg
lateral to quadriceps, moving inferiorly ending
on the lateral nail bed of the second toe
i. Holding Kidney 1, palm medial aspect of
opposite leg, moving superiorly, ending in upper
middle thigh.
j. Kidney Mother hand on Kidney 1, shiatsu to
superior point of calcaneus, 2 tsun down and
then 2 tsun forward, then moving posterior to
medial malleolus up the medial leg ending in the
upper middle thigh.
k.Spleen Mother hand on the medial nail bed of
the great toe, shiatsu up the medial leg moving
superiorly ending in the upper middle thigh.
l. Liver Mother hand on the later nail bed of the
great toe, shiatsu up the medial leg, moving
superiorly ending in the upper middle thigh.
