contract between the franchise and the general contractor, review all bids and change orders, and
negotiate the FF and E package. Consistently develop projects that meet and exceed time frame
and budget.
Major Contributions:
Instituted the new design of the kiosk program and reduce cost from $125,000 to $25,000
Oversaw the construction of the portable kiosk for Fox and Friends morning news
