BothpartiesagreedthatiftheliaisonofficerisacentralcommitteememberoftheCNFtheywillreceivetreatmentthatisconsistentwiththediplomaticprotocols
reflectingtheirposition.TheChinstategovernmentshallprovidenecessarymeasurestoensurethephysicalsecurityoftheliaisonofficer.Thepartiesacceptto
observetherulesdefinedintheceasefirewithintheterritorialareasthathavebeendesignated,andinaccordancewiththeexistinglawsoftheChinstategovernment

PanglongAgreement:
BothpartiesagreedinprincipletopointsthatweresignedduringthePanglongAgreement(February12,1947)byBamarleaderGeneralAungSanandotherethnic
groupsinPanglong,Shanstate.
DiscussionsregardingthemilitarycodeofconductfortheMyanmararmyandotherethnicarmedgroupswerealsodiscussed.

Monitoring
TheformationofCeasefireMonitoringBodyconsistingprimarilyoftheChinPeaceandTranquilityCommitteebutalsowithactiveparticipationfromotherlegal
experts.
TheformationofacrisismediatingbodythatwillarbitrateanyphysicalviolenceresultingfromaccidentalnaturebetweentheCNFandMyanmararmy.Itis
agreedthatsuchamediatingbodyshallbeformedundertheleadershipoftheChinstateSecurityandBorderAffairsministerandwillalsoinvolveboththeCNF
liaisonofficerandCNAleadersresponsiblefortheareaswheresuchincidentoccurs.Thiscanalsoincludetheincharge/commanderoftheCNF/CNA,
commanderoftheMyanmararmy,policeforce,chairmanoftheChinPeaceMonitoringBodyoranysuchdulyauthorizedindividual.

Controlledareas
CNF/CNAwillbetemporarilybasedoutaround5villagetractsin2townships.Theseinclude:Tlangpi,DawnandZangTlangvillagetractsinThantlangTownship,
andZampiandBukphirvillagetractsinTedimTownship.
Otherpossiblebaseswillinclude:KungPin,RaO,Shweletwa,andRaKanvillagetractsinPaletwaTownshipParaandPathiantlang,Belhar,Vanzang,Lungding,
LulpilunginvillagetractsinTedimTownshipDampi,TuiDialvillagetractsinThantlangTownship.CNFopenedCampVictoriainThantlangTownship(January,
2013).Themilitarycampwillserveastheirnewheadquarters.

Military
agreedtoallowthepresenceofonlytheMyanmararmyandtheCNFwithinChinstate
CNFmustobtainpermissionfromthegovernmentbeforeconductingmilitaryexercises
ACNArefreshertrainingcoursecoveringpublicrelationswasheldontheIndoMyanmarborderonOctober24,2012.
