GENERAL NOTES:
i) All quantities are provisional and subject to SYABAS final approved piping
layout drawings, installation method and as-built drawings

ii) The contractor shall be responsible to verify and satisfy itself as to the
accuracy and sufficiency of any information provided by the
Consultant/Main Contractor. The contractor is deemed to have consulted all
relevant Authorities ascertained actual routing of pipe line.

iii) It is the contractor responsibility to obtain all approval from the revalent
authorities for the relocation works
iv) The Contractor shall review and verify the proposed scope of relocation
works with full responsibility to perform the works

v) The Contractor shall be deemed to have fully understood and considered

the Authority Requirements prior to preparation of its offer.

vi) The Contractor shall not in any way be relieved from any obligation
under the contract requirements should any technical information,
engineering data or other information obtained from the main contractor be
incorrect and/or insufficient.

vii) The contractor is advised to visit and examine the sites and its
surroundings and obtain for itself on its own responsibility all information
that may be necessary for preparing the pricing and entering into a contract
for constuction of the works.
