BBAistheoneofthemostreputedprofessionalcoures in the
field ofRetailManagement.Itincludetheoryaswellasitspractical
application.SummerTrainingisanintegralpartofBBA forsucessful
completionofthisprogrammerequiretwomonthssummertrainingin
retailorganisation.
SoaftercompletionofBBA3rdyeareachstudentneedtoundergotwo
monthstraininginanorganisation.
This training serves the purposes of acquainting the student with
environmentofanorganisationinwhichstudenthavetoworkhardin
future .Only theoretical knowledge is not enough but its practical
applicationisalsorequiredtobelearned.
Iwasfortunateenoughtohaveanopportunityofdoingsummertraining
atBIGBAZAAR,Jaipur.Everytraineewasrequiredtoprepareareport
ofhisworkingintheorganisation.Iwasassignedaprojecton

Inthisreport,alltheimportantfindingsoftheprojectareincluded,over
andaboveanoverallprofileofthecompany(PANTALOON) isalso
given.Itishopedthatthisreportwillmakethereadersfamiliarwiththe

company.
