Responsibilities include the following:

Verify the bank and cash, payment and receipt vouchers and bank reconciliation and sales and purchase invoices.
Liaise with suppliers, customers and Bank Relationship Managers.
Aging analysis of debtors, advances received from customers and its subsequent fund management and outstanding payments
to suppliers. This includes analysis of early payment to suppliers for discounts.
Effectively following companies SOPs for daily transactions in the accounts department and suggesting senior management for
improvement in the process for cost and time saving.
Prepare budget and variance analysis. CAPEX and OPEX.

I lead a team of finance department performing all the financial and accounting operations.

for continuation of the project.
Perform variance analysis of project and investigate reasons for divergences, if any.

I was involved in advice and development of contracts of employees and updating HR policy and SOPs as per World Health
Organization requirement with the HR Manager. Achievement was that PKR 7.2 million funds reimbursement in making

developed the procurement cycle of the project. I worked with my IT team to make Hospitals Information Management
System (ERP) procurement system compatible with the requirement of the project.
