A Security company was established on 1st January 2007. It


is a private owned company provides services throughout

Pakistan. We are specialized in providing cost-effective


solutions to a wide variety of our clients.
Our success is based on philosophy that we provide
progressive, innovative and cost-effective solutions to our
clients about their security problems.
We are supplying total customer satisfaction and high
quality performance and we are approved contractors from
government.
We are providing 24 hour monitoring system our staff and
our system is 24 hour ready to protect our clients we have
highly professional and dedicated staff trying their level
best to keep our clients and their homes protected.

CAPITAL STUCTURE
This company is being owned by six partners. Aggregate capital
invested by these partners was 600, 00,000 which was 60% of the
total capital and remaining amount lended through Askari Bank
was 400, 00,000 which is 40% of the aggregate capital. So,
aggregate capital of the company was 100,00,0000. Bank charged
15% interest on the amount lended.
Investment made by each partner and there names are as follow
M. ABU BAKAR made investment of 100, 00,000.
SOHAIL QAMAR made investment of 100, 00,000.
NASIR HAMEED made investment of 100, 00,000.
JUNAID RAFIQUE made investment of 100, 00,000.

Office Setup
PURCHASE OF LAND:
We had purchased a plot of 20 Marla in Harley
Street area. Cost of each Marla is 645000 rupees and total price of plot is of
13000000 rupees. Plot is situated at road.

CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING:
Construction of building work
was started in January and construction work completed in May .the
construction price was 15000000 rupees.
Key points of our building are as follow:
We have constructed basement which is being utilized as ware house.
We have established marketing and sales department including
reception & conference room at ground floor.
We have established finance and Admn departments at first floor.
We have established offices of director including control and
conference room at second floor.

FURNITURE AND FIXTURES:


We have spent 2000000 rupees on furniture and fixtures

Recruitment of employees
First we hired highly educated and experienced HR people from the market
by offering them attractive salary packages and also allocated them
favorable resources.
They made selection of highly skilled and educated tactical staff for us also
did recruitment of people at operational level.
HR department has made each department specialized in its field. Four
departments were made.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT:
In finance department under Director Finance we have:

Executive Accountant
Executive Accountant is responsible to record all the transactions that are
being made in business. The data collected from executive accountant is in
raw form, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager Finance apply different
techniques to convert that raw data in some meaningful information so that
decisions can be initiated easily. As many persons are handling financial
system, chance of fraud is very low. This information then in prcised form
is submitted to the Manager Finance who finally reports it to Director
Finance then he makes decisions according to the given prcised
information.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT:
In Marketing Department under Marketing Director we have:
Product Manager
Sales Manager
Product Manager decides what products should be used by our company. He
keeps an eye globally about the changing trends in security devices industry.
And on the basis of this information he makes the innovation that what
product should be introduced by our company so that we can give quality
assurance and cost- effective solutions to our clients. Just because of that
feature we are trend setters in market.

On the other hand we have a team of 8 sales officers, 3 merchandisers, and 2


supervisors under a sales manager who is responsible for increase in sales of
company.

Administration department is responsible about administrative problems.
They deal with day to day official matters. They are responsible for internal
control and also for the communication between different departments.
HR Manager is responsible for the induction of interviews for the selection
of people as employees of the organization; they also allocate resources to
the employees of organization according to their positions and set tasks for
different departments.

OPERATIONAL DEPARTMENT:

Under Operational Manager we have a team of technicians who install our


equipments on different localities. They are also responsible for repair and
maintenance of equipments installed.

We made control room in our organization. To develop that particular


control room we had hired 3 IT specialists on contract for 3 months who had
designed that system for us. Among these 3 IT specialists 1 was hired
permanently. We have a team of 6 controllers who monitor different
localities with the help of equipment installed by our technicians. These
controllers work under control manager for 24 hours in two different shifts
of 12 hours each.
We have 5 mobile units that control different security operations at different
localities. If there is any problem anywhere where our equipments are
installed that particular mobile unit that will be near to that place will reach
there in no time.

Communication between Departments


We have a very good system of communication between different
departments internally & externally. Different Department use memos and
e - mails to communicate between different departments.
Externally we have links with rescue 1122 & rescue 15 and different
hospitals. In case of any emergency, they can reach on the spot.

Monitor Burglary:
We use different equipments including cameras,
motion sensors and speakers to reduce the danger of theft. If there is any
sort of problem relating to theft, our control team sitting in control room
takes immediate steps to inform at police station.

Monitor smoke detector for fire safety:


With the help of smoke detectors,
our control team in fully capable of monitoring fire emergency. And if
there is some problem like this, control team will immediately report to
fire brigade. The exact location can also shown on the monitors in our
control room.

MARKETING STRATEGY:

Our marketing strategy has following features which has initiated and
increase our sale our sales:

Hiring of Sales persons:


We had hired sales officers who visit different
offices and different localities to introduce our company and to initiate and
increase our sale.

Advertisements on News Papers:


We had given different ads on news
papers with main features are discussed in these ads which had introduced
our company to general public.

Conducting Get Together at Develop Areas:


Our company has
arranged get together at develop areas like Defense Housing Scheme, Behria
Town and at other places to introduce our company and attract our clients.

Housing Projects:

Defense Housing Project:


In September 2007 we had signed a contract
with one of the leading construction company initially we have contract of
installing security system in 200 homes at present installation of equipments
in 150 houses is being completed and work is in progress in remaining
homes at fast speed. Negotiations are in progress with Defense Housing
Scheme for new contract in coming year.

Behria Town Project:


In June 2007 we have signed a contract with Behria
Town that security system would be provided to their hoses, initially we
have signed a contract to install security system in 300 houses at present

installation of equipments in 250 houses is being completed. And work in


remaining houses is being in process at fast speed.
We are expecting that we could get new contract in coming year.

Gulrez Housing Project:


We have started installing security system in
Gulrez Housing Society recently; initially we have installed our security
system in 50 houses.
We expect that we could get new orders to install our security system in that
particular housing scheme in future period.

Projects of Installation of Security System at Offices:


Project with Muslim Commercial Bank:
In July 2007we have signed a
contract with MCB that we will provide them cost effective and good
solution for their security problems for that purpose installation of security
system is started at present we had installed security system in 10 branches.

Project with Royal Bank of Scotland:


In September 2007 we have
signed a contract with RBS installation of security system is being started
and security system is being installed in 5 branches.

Project with Telenor:

We have signed contract with telenor on February


2008 to provide security to their offices and franchisees work is in process
on different localities and work is completed on 5 localities.

Project with Mobilink:


A contract with mobilink was signed in July 2008
that we will install security equipment in there offices and franchises work is
completed at 5 localities in this year.

Blue Area Project:


We had started providing and installing security
equipments in Blue Area Islamabad, initially we had installed security
system in 15 offices this year.

Project with Allied Bank:


We have signed a contract with Allied Bank on
November 2007 to provide them security equipments. Installation work is
going at fast pace and we had installed security system in 5 branches.
These projects show deep faith of our customers on us and showing how
good and effective security is provided by us our customers are our pride
and asset. We are trying our level best to provide cost-effective, progressive
and innovative solution to our clients about their security problems.

We have highly trained persons who are specialized in there field. Because
of highly trained staff we provide good and prompt services to our clients
and our staff remains calm under trouble conditions as they are fully
prepared for such type of conditions.

We are providing 24 hours monitoring service. Our staff and our
system are 24 hours ready to protect our clients. We have highly
professional and dedicated staff trying their level best to keep our
clients and their homes protected.
MORE THAN ONE PARTNER
As there are six partners in this organization so, there would be
new and news ideas. If one partner is doing wrong others can stop
him, there will be no one man show. On the other hand decisions
are taken mutually so there is less chance of getting failure.
SPECIALIZED DEPARTMENTS
We have specialized departments according to their corresponding
fields. The staff for each department is highly skilled and educated.
Each department does its particular work.
ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES
Attractive salary packages and favorable resources are allocated to
the highly skilled and experienced staff so that they could stay with

our organization. If we provide them all these things they will be


loyal to their organization, and will not go for any other
organization.

There is a good communication b/w different department. Each
department fully keeps informed the other department about its
workings and position. So that director of each department makes
decision keeping in view the position of other department.
MOBILE UNITS
We have 5 mobile units with a team under a control of supervisor.
This mobile unit reaches the particular place where there is
problem in no time. This thing also provides us an edge to our
competitors.
MONITORING SERVICES
Now a day Men-Guarding is becoming an old trend. We have a
control room at our office with a control team of 6 persons under
the control of controlling manager. This team provides a full-time
monitoring service sitting in control room.
TECHNOLOGY
We are using latest technology to provide cost effective and good
security services. We are providing total satisfaction to our
customer with the use of recent technology.

WEAKNESSES

HR DEPARTMENT
We dont have a specialized HR department. HR department is
under the control of administration department. Admn department
can influence their performance.
CLASH OF POWERS
As there are six partners with equal rights so, problem of handling
of resources may occur.
DELAY IN DECISION MAKING
As there are six partners with equal rights so, while making a
choice about a certain decision if person disagrees or lacks some
concentration then there will be delay in making decisions.
LACK OF CONFIDENCE AMONG THE PARTENERS
The problem of lack of confidence among the partners may arise as
there are six partners in our organization. It can affect performance
of the organization.
PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS IS NOT DURABLE
The partnership business is not durable because the personal
disputes of partners and death or insanity of any partner can halt
the activities of business.
LACK OF SECRECY
In case of misunderstanding or disputes among the partners the
business secret can be revealed.

The life of partnership business is limited. If any person dies or
new partner enter in business the old partnership business will
come to an end.
