Dear Dawson:
Its true that liposuction can remove that unwanted fat from your
body quickly, but its expensive, dangerous and extremely painful.
If you dont change your lifestyle, fat will come back. I think that first
you need to attack the cause of the problem thats an unhealthy life.
To lose weight, you need to change your eating habits: you should
select foods that are low in fat and low in calories. In addition, its
best to eat at least four times per day and have dinner at least three
hours before you go to sleep. Also, you have to drink a lot of water
and exercise regularly, or even better, every day.
I know that those tips can sound obvious or frivolous, and Im sure
that you have tried to start a healthy life maybe many times. But this
is the only recipe for success.
Its essential that you carry out actions with determination and
perseverance. And the most important: any significant change
requires support from loved ones.
I think that you should focus the most on improving your quality of life
and then the weight loss will come on its own.

Im writing to tell you that I was very happy to be invited to the last
Gastronomic Week. The service provided by the staff of Sunderland
Bar was simply wonderful. Your restaurant meets the expectations
with excellence.
I particularly enjoyed the food. You have a lot of vegetarian offers and
a celiac option, thanks to that I can go with my sister who suffers that
disease. I also loved the incredible atmosphere: the piano concert,
black and white photos, and some vintage furniture that can take you
to another time. In addition, the great selection of wines is amazing. I
really had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner with perfect wine pairing.
I want you to know that Im recommending Sunderland Bar to all my
friends and Ill go back always. Congratulations on such a gorgeous
restaurant.
