computers and resolving any support issues that are raised to the service desk to achieve high level of

Undertaking analysis and diagnosis of user issues and respond to support requests received via
phone, email and/or Service Desk Management tool Service-now
Continuously reviewing performance against Service Level Agreements
Support user mobilization and demobilization using Active Directory for user account with
mailbox creation / deletion
Configure / manage user security groups for data access
Assist in Installing and configure VMWARE and Hyper V server
Assist in Installing and configure Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 with the following roles
ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory rights management services file services.
Provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting end user hardware,
software and network related issues
Assist data backup and restore
