This project is in Health Care Domain which
maintains the details Benefits and coverage of various Subscribers and
dependents who enroll themselves to Humana. Humana is a primary
Insurance company in US which provides Insurance to lot of customers
and groups. The Data of customer are maintained in 3 platforms
namely Badger, CAS and Met Vance. To make all the required
information available to customers, the data from platforms are
merged to Oracle Data Base to show in web. During this sync process,
sometimes it makes the database to mismatch the original data. These
errors are raised as Action Grams and these errors are resolved by
writing SQL queries and procedures in Oracle database using PL/SQL
Developer. Common and most occurring scenarios are found out and
procedures being are written to resolve these errors as a whole in the
Database. These scenarios are namely Duplicate Members, Class
conflict, Group Benefit date correction, Coverage date correction
.
