This EXTRA JUDICIAL WITH WAIVER OF SHARE made and entered

into by and among:

That, the deceased died intestate, without any Will or Testament, and
without outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

THREE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR (394) SQUARE METERS covered by
Original/Transfer Certificate of Title No. _____________ particularly described as
