4) Vehicle shall be Delivered only after All payments are realised.
5) Confirmation of Vehicle Booking subject to Stock, Model & Color availability.
6) Any variation in Govt./ RTO Levies / Taxes / Cess / Fees at the time of Registration shall be applicable.
7) Prices / Schemes & offer Prevailing at the Time of Delivery shall be Applicable.
8) In Finance Case, Vehicle Delivery is applicable only on Finance Payment Disbursal & not on Delivery Order only.
9) In Finance Case, Loan Amount Can Differ subject to Approval from Finance Company.
10) Vehicle will be delivered strictly in order of receipt of customer payments.
11) Approximate delivery period given on the Order Booking Form is only indicative. Vehicle delivery is however subject to
production of vehicles by the Manufacturing Company. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of vehicle due to
unforeseen circumstances.
12) In case of non-individual customer, delivery would be made to the same authorized signatory, who booked the vehicle.
13) The permanent registration of the vehicle before delivery will only be applicable for those customers who have their
permanent address in the respective territory. The Registration is however subject to payment of charges.
14) The choice of colour will depend on the production and availability at the time of invoicing.
15) The specification of the vehicles would be subject to alteration as specified by the manufacturer from time to time. We are
not liable to laise the delivery of the vehicle of the specification booked if so altered by the manufacturer.
16) Booking Cancellation charges shall be applicable and the quantum of charges may vary from time to time.
