You know how rapidly the campaign calendar moves, and soon, the T.V ads, the yard signs,
the bumper stickers and everything else that goes into a modern-day election will be all over
neighborhoods like yours.

It is a huge mistake for any candidate to wait until the last few weeks before you get
going.

So my re-election efforts must be at our best over the next 12 months. We are going to
work hard for every vote we can possibly earn.

I will talk enthusiastically about my record of results forAmerican families, including:

Advancing legislation to create jobs, open new markets for our farmers, ranchers, and
manufacturers, build the Keystone XL pipeline, and repeal punishing regulations on
the small businesses that really drive our economy forward;

experiment. ObamaCare is driving up the costs of premiums, brndening our health care

Supporting a budget outline that eliminates the federal deflcit within ten years with
ZERO tax increases. The president has had seven years to drive the budget into a
ditch. I'm willing to do the work necessary to dig our way out of this mess. That
means I have and will continue to support spending cuts that make the D.C. special
interest lobbyists howl with pain;

Pushing for aggressive oversight and investigations into all the corruption, lies,
and incompetence within the ObamaAdministration. From the IRS campaign of
harassment against conservatives to Hillary Clinton's reckless use of a private email
server for classified information (we should assume the Chinese, Russians, and
other foreign governments obtained sensitive state secrets), it's been "amateur
hour" at the White House for seven long years; and

Yoting for legislation to cut off Planned Parenthood's taxpayer funding. You
should not be forced to give even one penny to an organizationthat is complicit in
monstrous acts of evil. I am also a co-sponsor of legislation to ban abortions on
healthy babies beyond five months in the womb to finally offer legal protection to
innocent children who are preyed upon by so-called "doctors" at Planned Parenthood.

That's the conservative record I have built in Washington, and I will gladly talk about it
with voters in every single South Dakota County during the 12 months ahead of us.

While the liberals have a habit of hiding their true intentions ("if you like your plan, you
can keep your plan," etc.), conservatives like me don't need to lie to the people: I believe in
limited government, a strong national defense, real free enterprise (not "crony capitalism"), the
traditional values which make our families strong, and the revolutionary principle that our rights

Because we already know the Democrats'campaign strategy for the next 365 days they
want to paint Republicans as the "do nothing" party in Washington who are spending all our time
blocking President Obama from fixing problems.

Well guess what - I will never apologize for standing up in front of the president and
using everything in my power to block his liberal economic policies, big-government power
grabs, or unlawful use of Executive Orders to give amnesty to illegal aliens.
However, I am proud of passing urgently needed legislation to help put our country on a
better path forward.

As I mentioned, the president has had seven years to impose his disastrous far-left agenda
on our country. We can't get rid of it all overnight. But we will get rid of it.

In fact, I believe 2016 wlll be a huge turning point for America - the year when we finally
break from the Obama-Clinton lib,eralism of the past and move forward on a stronger, smarter
conservative policy agenda that imprroves our country and opens more opportunities for our families.
And the key to this big victory will be Republican unity.
You know how the Democrats and their friends in the media love to pay lots of attention
to the squabbles we have inside the Republican Party. And it's true that Republicans are constantly
debating the issues and coming utrr with new conservative policy solutions that fit the problems
of the day. But that's better than the Democrats, who only have one "solution" to every problem,
real or imaginary:
