As the administrator or manager of the organization/department that you are presently employed, you
intend to have at least 90% of your employees undergo training next year. However, to ensure that
training will be economically beneficial, you need to prescribe to the HR Training Team WHO (target
participants) and WHAT (learning content) they need to prioritize as they prepare next years training
calendar.
Having knowledge of Human Resource Development,
1. Identify the key personnel in your organization or department, and briefly discuss how you
determined who the key personnel are;
2. Suggest at least five (5) training agendas and explain how you determined such agendas; and
3. Cite your objectives for the training to provide the Training Team a guide for their training
design.

1.Identify the key personnel in your organization or department, and briefly discuss how
you determined who the key personnel are:
Working in a automotive industry the key personnel are as follows:
-

Sales Supervisor he/she leads and guide provided by the sales team(sales executive) ,they
also implement strategies to sell products, they help build new customer base to maximize
sales and Supervise sales operations of sales team.

Service Supervisor he/she supervise manage and monitor automotive service technicians and
repairers. Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a humble, courteous and
prompt manner Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles that is
completed, parts and accessories are we handled and deliver/put-on time to the units

Marketing Supervisor he/she executes advertising programs and external marketing.


Researches competition as well, summarizes outcomes as needed. Prepare marketing strategy
and write action plans to attain specific objectives.

Accountants/Finance Manager the backbone of the corporation he/she Generates financial


reports related to budgets, expenses etc., Perform financial analysis, reporting and
management activities knows financial data for accuracy, correctness etc.

2.Suggest at least five (5) training agendas and explain how you determined such agendas
As a manager of the organization here I can give different training agendas which can help
employees gain more knowledge and less mistakes and it can gain trust in each other.

The first training I would have is I will conduct a Team building with the different department in
the company these can help their team work as well as their camaraderie the most company but effective
and it can identify which department has a great teamwork.
Second is for the sale crew in one year we should conduct Interpersonal skills training it can
help how to maintain positive relationships to co workers and customers, communicate better, resolve
conflicts and build trust because in sales there are a lot of conflicts, conflicts that can have a bad taste to
the workers misunderstandings in the workplace and in the sales team, these training program can help
boost the sales department.
Third is for the service personnel is Practicum training/Hands-on training this can enhance
service technicians their skills more on trouble shooting it is important in automotive is the after sales
service which comes the service on the units that will maintain and have no problem in their said
cars/units.

Fourth is Technology Training in this era technology can seen everywhere this is why we should
conduct this training because it can maintain the flow of our establishment just one click away and have
more knowledge in technology/social media.
Fifth is Communication Skills Training as sales is the main focal point in our company we
should conduct communication skills training because it is necessary to communicate with different subgroups and overcome difficulties in effective communication and is very vital to the success of the
company and these can help deal with customers what their needs.

3. Cite your objectives for the training to provide the Training Team a guide for their
training design.
The objective in our corporation is as follows:

In all the training agendas the employees will increase their motivation.
Lessen or reduce employee mistakes
It can give change on the attitudes or flows in the workplace
It can help increase customer satisfaction
Develop higher skill methods
Work as a team
