Yournewjob:
AsamechanicalengineeratTebodinIndonesia,youtakerepsonsibilityforexecutingmono(or
multidisciplinary)engineeringactivities.Youdothisinaccordancewithlegislationand
regulations,thedemandssetoutontheprojectplanorcommissionwithregardtobudget,
planning,safetyandquality,takingintoaccountclientdemandsandTebodinQualitypolicy.

Whatdoyouhavetooffer:
Itisyourtasktodesignconceptualandbasicengineeringpackagesformechanicalsystems
(rotatingorstatic)includingtechnicalspecification,datasheet,drawing,BoQ,etcforsubsequent
activitiesintheproject.Apartfromthedesigning,youalsopreparebidpackages,specification,
tenderevaluationsplusconstructionsupervisionandprojectacceptance.Anotherresponsibilityis
tomonitorandsupervisedetailedengineeringpackages.Furthermoreyousupportprocurement
activitiesandoffersupporttothefieldengineersifsorequired.

Youestimate,prepareandmonitorthenumberofhoursworkedofonesowndiscipline,taking
accountoftheavailabletimeandbudget,inordertoensurethatallactivitiesinthedesignphase
areexecutedwithintheavailablebudget.

Furthermoreyoupreparereportsandinitiateandcoordinatemeetingsanddiscussionswiththe
disciplinesinvolvedandtheclient,withregardtoprogress,staffingandplanning,takingaccount
ofthewishesandneedsofallpartiesinvolved,inordertoprovideanuptodateinsightintothe
plannedandcompletedactivitiesandcoordinateactivitieswithintheinvolveddisciplines.

Requirements:
Bachelor/MasterDegreeinmechanicalengineering
Minimum7yearsdesignexperience
GoodEnglishbothinwritingandspeaking
Strongcapabilitiesindesignmanagement,budgetpreparationandmanagement,procurement
andconstructionmanagement,personnelallocation
ExcellentknowledgeofMechanicalEngineeringAnalysis&Designsoftwarepackages(PV
Elite)andgeneralofficesoftwarepackages
ExcellentknowledgeofInternationalandlocalCodesandDesignStandards
SpecializationinStaticEquipmentORRotatingEquipment
