construction, expansion and/or renovation projects.
♦ Secured the lowest bid price against other G.C.’s and ensured bid coverage of all contract documents.

ESTIMATOR
♦ In charge of surveying property damaged by fire, flood, tornado, hurricane and other natural disasters.
♦ Wrote comprehensive item by item, room by room scope of the property loss.
♦ Solicited mechanical, electrical, plumbing bids from subcontractors while relying on estimating skills
to complete the estimate.
♦ Responsible for determining if additional experts were required to survey damaged property such as
engineers, bacteriologists, and hazardous materials investigators.
♦ Estimates were written to hold up in court.
♦ Interfaced with insurance adjusters, public adjusters, and property owners.
♦ Software utilized included 3D Home, Lotus, Quick Estimate, Accupro, and Timberline software.
SUPERINTENDENT
♦ In charge of major aspects of contract completion of projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Postal Service.
♦ Responsible for all job-related correspondence to government agencies.
♦ Drafted/submitted daily, progress, safety, payroll reports, change orders, cost estimate breakdowns.
♦ Assured that subcontractors’ submittals met government specifications.
♦ Interfaced daily with government personnel to review daily progress, to ensure quality control, to
discuss problems and to work together on solution.
♦ Completed organization of filing system and responsible for checking accounts/petty cash.
♦ Responsible for scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, interviewed and hired personnel.
