President
• Responsible for oversight of the organization
• Lead executive board and general board meetings
• E-mail the agenda to the e-board before the meetings (not necessary to print it out)
Vice-President
• Assist president in organization oversight
• Lead meetings in the absence of the president
• Assist in achieving a harmonious and productive executive board
Secretary
• Record minutes at all executive board and general body meetings.
• Keep the e-mail account up to date and clean
• Update the account with every member’s address
• Delete e-mail addresses of those who would like to unsubscribe from the e-mail list, in a timely
manner
• Think of innovative ways of managing the e-mail account
Treasurer
• Make weekly treasurer reports of balance
• Make deposits in a timely manner
• Manage the organizations' finances
• Allocate money for spending
• All payments to ASA should be handled as organized and professionally as possible. This
includes having an envelope to hold the payments and having the appropriate method for
keeping track of who paid (excel spreadsheet, presentable sign in sheet).
• Ensure that dues are paid by each active member
All-ASA Representative
• Must attend every All-ASA general body meeting
• Must attend every All-ASA committee meeting along with other e-board members specified
• Must chair All-ASA events that are organized on USC’s campus
Historian/Webmaster
• Keep the website up to date
• Ensure that all events are accurately recorded and pictures are taken
General Duties
• Executive board members should attend all events, unless an absence is excused
• Only two unexcused1, and four excused2 absences will be tolerated after which time the
executive board member’s position will be brought to the judicial process in front of the
executive board

Unexcused: no notice was given to the president prior to the absence, or notice was
given only 24 hours before the meeting.
