1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Document Purpose

The purpose of this document is to describe the detailed requirements for Online bank
exam.
Complete description of all the functions and specifications of the Online bank exam.
The expected users of this document is the members of Online bank exam including the
members who will use this system and the developer.

1.2 Document Conventions

All requirements specified in this document are given the following attributes:

• ID: Used to uniquely identify the requirement and its category

• Description: Describes the requirement itself.

• Risk: Describes the risk or difficulty associated with the requirement as follows:

o 1 – High. This requirement will be difficult to implement for technical or

other reasons or is subject to change.

o 2 – Medium. This requirement is stable and will be of average difficulty to

implement.

o 3 – Low. This requirement is stable and will be of low difficulty to

implement.

• Priority: Describes the priority weighting for the requirement as follows:

 o 1 – High Priority. All high priority requirements must be implemented and
verified as part of this project.

o 2 – Medium Priority. Medium priority requirements should be included

implemented and verified or at the very least the design of the system must
take these into account.

o 3 – Low Priority. Low priority requirements are optional depending on

resource and time availability.

2 FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Administrator

exam are allotted for each student

number of students in each centre. and can also add
 the date and time of the exam

OBE AD07 Administrator can start the exam at this time 3 3

Registered user can view question paper.
OBE AD08 Administrator can view the result of each 3 3
candidate by specifying regnum

OBE AD09 Administrator can desired marks for correct answer 3 3

and negative marks for wrong answers

OBE AD11 Administrator decides the cutoff marks for each 3 3
exams based on the marks specified by the bank

and multiple choices for practice test as in each

categories and can add, delete. Edit categories. The
main categories are General awareness,
Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning ability, Computer
and Marketing

of users that visited OBE site and used the service
monthly with the help of bar graphs.

registered for bank exam on a particular date and
can view the total number of registered persons on
that date

users that have logged to OBE for practice exam
weekly with the help of bar graphs

used service weekly with the help of bar graphs

filled and then ask to upload photo,signature,payment
details.

can view the reply messages to them

OBE RU09 Registered user can view the result by providing the
register number.
